Human Rıghts Vıolatıon Report

The Human Rights Violation Reporting Form has been prepared to allow refugees, asylum seekers, stateless persons, as well as lawyers and human rights defenders, to securely submit human rights violations they experience to IRRA. The form is used for documenting, verifying, analyzing, and, when necessary, reporting to national/international authorities cases such as ill-treatment, torture or cruel treatment, discrimination, obstacles to accessing rights and services, arbitrary detention, push-backs, and risk of refoulement. Applications may be supported with the date and place of the incident, a description, witness/official information (if any), and evidence uploads (photo, video, document). The applicant’s identity will remain anonymous upon request; all personal data will be processed securely and in accordance with KVKK principles.
