Report misconduct or abuse
This form is for contacting the investigation department in case of possible misconduct and/or abuse of IRRA staff/volunteer/affiliate.
Important points before submitting a complaint:
- The investigation department does not deal with requests for protection/assistance that are not related to the case of abuse/misconduct which made by IRRA staff or by institutions that have contractual partnerships with IRRA.
- The investigation department is committed to the confidentiality of all information it receives, including information submitted through this form.
- The personal contact information submitted through this form will not be used, sold or provided to any third parties.
- Do not apply to third parties for a complaint without the approval of the investigation department, as this may jeopardize the integrity and confidentiality of the investigation.

Undesirable and unwelcomed verbal or physical act because of gender, religion, language or ethnicity. Unjust and unethical prejudice to a person or certain group. (For example, not allowing a person to benefit from the provided services due to their ethnic origin.) - Misconduct or Misbehavior
Intentional misconduct, direct violation of the law or IRRA policies. - Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment
Physically or verbally sexual harassment, exploitation or abuse committed, experienced or observed in IRRA's programs or offices against beneficiaries by IRRA staff, partners or volunteers. - Violation of Politics
Action that directly violates IRRA policies. - Other
